1. The service
Referia hosts reference wikis for websites. An account can manage up to 10 wikis. Its author updates the destination URL and information; changes to the wiki address depend on the configured account permissions. Referia does not operate the websites linked from these pages.
2. Accounts
Registration uses a username and password. Keep your credentials confidential and do not access another person’s account. No email or forgotten-password recovery is provided. Remembered login is optional and can be revoked by logging out on the device.
3. Your publications
You choose whether to publish a wiki. Its username, description, links, history, reported imitations and FAQ then become public. Optional ISP tests send the target address to Globalping, where measurements are public, including tests started from a private preview. Only publish information you have the right to share, keep it accurate and avoid personal information about other people.
4. Content and external links
Authors are responsible for their content and for respecting applicable law, copyright, trademarks and other people’s rights. Illegal content, scams and impersonation are prohibited. Reports of fake domains reflect the author’s statements. ISP results are HTTP measurements from available Globalping probes; they do not certify access for every connection or prove ISP blocking. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
5. Reports and moderation
Use the contact below to report content, giving the wiki URL and the reason for your report. The operator may restrict content or accounts when necessary to address a substantiated report or misuse, subject to applicable obligations.
6. Availability
Maintenance can temporarily pause the platform, registrations or public wikis. Website destinations can change or become unavailable. Keep a separate copy of information you need; the service does not promise uninterrupted access. These terms do not remove rights granted by mandatory law.
7. Removing your information
You can edit, unpublish or delete your own wikis from the dashboard. Wiki deletion is permanent. Contact the operator for account closure or a personal-data request; verification may be required to protect the account.
